What this site collects.
Short, because there is not much to say. This website sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and asks you for nothing.
Visitor statistics
There are none. We do not count visits, we do not track which pages you read, and nothing is stored on your device. That is the reason this site has no cookie banner, and why it should not get one.
Booking a call
The Book a call button opens Cal.com, which is a separate service. If you book, you give your name and email address to Cal.com so the appointment can be made, and we receive them so we can turn up. Their privacy statement applies to that page, not ours.
If you write to us, we keep the message and your address for two years after we last speak, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Where the exchange becomes a client relationship, we keep it for as long as that relationship runs and for the seven years Dutch tax law requires afterwards. We do not add you to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. Email runs through Google Workspace.
Where the site runs
The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short-lived server logs that include the IP address of the device requesting a page. That is how any web server works, and it is what makes a website reachable at all. We do not use those logs to identify anyone.
What we never do
We do not sell or share your details with anyone, we do not run advertising or retargeting pixels, and there is no contact form on this site collecting anything in the background.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to nona@nonastabel.com and you will get an answer from Nona, not from a ticket system. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
